Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist - Arkansas (25-26 School Year)

Parallel is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to support school partnerships in Arkansas for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish or other languages and passionate about helping children with learning differences thrive. This role involves conducting evaluations, providing therapy services, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and IEPs.Parallel is the first tech-forward provider of care for learning and thinking differences across the United States. They simplify the process of getting support for learning differences by consolidating providers and resources on a single platform.What this role involves:

• Conducting SLP evaluations and delivering direct services to children.
• Providing bilingual (Spanish-English) therapy services.
• Translating evaluations, reports, and educational materials.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and IEPs.
• Monitoring each child's progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Communicating with parents, staff, and students regarding progress.
• Completing essential documentation for IEP reports, goals, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Participating in team meetings and working collaboratively.

What Parallel requires:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• At least 1 year of experience providing IEP-directed therapy and evaluations in a school setting (CFY not included).
• Experience in IEP meetings, case management, and completing educational eligibility determinations and comprehensive reports.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and virtual telehealth platforms.
• Availability during school hours (8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday).
