Business Solutions Analyst I (Implementation Automotive )

Job Description

Tekion is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst I to join their team. This role focuses on overseeing and facilitating dealership user training and support throughout the implementation lifecycle of Tekion's AEC platform. The analyst will work closely with OEM partners and dealership staff, providing AEC training and obtaining critical milestone signoffs. They will proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks, manage training and setup items, and maintain detailed notes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tekion products and implementation processes, representing Tekion professionally in all dealership interactions.Role involves:

• Overseeing and facilitating dealership user training and support
• Providing AEC training to OEM partner and dealership staff
• Identifying and mitigating implementation risks
• Managing training and setup items

Requirements:

• 5+ years of automotive SaaS experience preferred
• Proven experience implementing SaaS solutions in auto dealerships
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the retail automotive industry
• 3+ years in Project Management or Project Lead role is preferred
