Berlin Brands Group is seeking a Senior Office Manager to join their team in Berlin. The Senior Office Manager will play a central role in the office team, serving as an organizational backbone, point of contact, and culture bearer. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive work ethic, and a hands-on mentality to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves supporting the management, coordinating internal and external appointments, and continuously developing office processes.
- Ensuring smooth office operations, including reception, mail, equipment, and supplier coordination.
- Organizing and optimizing office and administrative processes.
- Managing a Junior Office Manager and serving as a point of contact for employees and external service providers.
- Supporting the management with scheduling, travel planning, and visitor coordination.
- Shaping a positive corporate culture through the planning and execution of meetings and company events.
- Managing office space and being responsible for equipment and workplace.
- Responsibility for health & safety in the workplace.
- Budget responsibility for the office area.
- Completed commercial training, studies, or career change.
- Several years of professional experience in office management, secretariat, or hospitality.
- Availability for daily presence from Monday to Friday at the Friedrichshain location.
- Experience in process optimization and handling digital tools.
- Familiarity with employer obligations in the area of occupational safety and health protection.
- Strong communication skills and service orientation.
- Good structure and prioritization skills.
- Strong hands-on mentality and solution orientation.
- A flair for corporate culture and enjoyment of actively shaping the interaction in the office and organizing events.
- Fluent in German and English.
