Job Description
InMobi is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join their Salesforce Platform team, focusing on Einstein (AI/ML) and Agentic capabilities. In this role, the individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product features that harness the power of Salesforce Einstein and next-generation agentic experiences to drive intelligent automation, decision-making, and customer success. The Associate Product Manager will assist in the product lifecycle, translate business needs into technical specifications, conduct research, and support product demos.Role involves:
  • Assisting in the product lifecycle for Einstein-powered features and agentic experiences within the Salesforce Platform.
  • Partnering with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to define feature requirements and user stories.
  • Translating business needs into technical specifications with an emphasis on intelligent workflows, real-time recommendations, and autonomous actions.
  • Conducting competitive research and market analysis to inform product direction.
  • Collaborating on experimentation and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses and measure impact.
  • Driving and documenting product roadmap items related to generative AI, predictive analytics, and proactive automation.
  • Working closely with QA and release teams to ensure high-quality delivery and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Supporting product demos, stakeholder presentations, and user training related to Einstein and agentic capabilities.
  • Staying abreast of the latest developments in AI, Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Einstein Copilot, Flow, Apex), and customer behavior trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field [Technical background preferred]
  • 4+ years of work experience in the Order Orchestration space, with projects implemented around AI/Agentic workflows.
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Associate Product Manager or similar role with a focus on Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Exposure to or interest in AI/ML technologies, especially Salesforce Einstein, LLMs, and agentic design principles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow Builder, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certification(s) is a big plus.
