Job Description
Truecaller is seeking a Growth Manager to join its User Acquisition team. This role involves managing paid digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, as well as contributing to initiatives that drive user growth, including influencer marketing, partnerships, and OEM integrations.
Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across platforms.
- Monitor KPIs, set benchmarks, and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams on A/B testing and localization strategies.
- Conduct performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist with budget allocation and forecasting.
- Drive non-paid growth initiatives.
- Research and test new media channels and audience segments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Support knowledge-sharing within the team.
Requirements: - 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth.
- Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and MMPs.
- Experience with mobile growth in global markets.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Self-starter with a passion for experimentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
