Minitab is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join their sales team in Coventry, England. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their sales career. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and qualifying leads within an assigned territory.
    Role Involves:
  • Identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound leads.
  • Positioning Minitab’s solutions to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Managing and tracking active leads.
  • Converting marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads.
  • Establishing relationships with key industry professionals.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and events.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Entry-level role, customer-facing or previous BDR experience a plus.
  • Skills in time management, communication, and relationship building.
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and goal-oriented attributes.
  • English language skills essential, German language skills ideal.
