Job Description

Bellroy is seeking a Marketing Insights Analyst to enhance their reach and strengthen decision-making in e-commerce. Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce Experience, the analyst will work cross-functionally to understand customers, measure marketing effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.

The role involves identifying areas for improvement through data analysis and providing actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer experience and a desire to see the impact of their insights.

Role involves:

  • Developing monthly dashboards to review KPIs.
  • Combining sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Sharing updates on new product performance with the product development team.
  • Partnering with the Customer Experience team to measure the performance of customer segments and promotions.
  • Responding to ad hoc data inquiries from various teams.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in a data role.
  • Experience working with large datasets and proficiency with SQL.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience using BI tools.
  • Talent for designing reports that communicate key insights.
  • Strong communication skills.
