Job Description
Kunai is seeking a Client Partner to manage client accounts, build trust, and ensure expectations are exceeded. The Client Partner will act as the primary point of contact, build strong relationships, and monitor satisfaction. They will represent Kunai’s standards, manage talent placements, and balance client needs with internal team integrity. The role involves partnering with Talent and Delivery to address risks, working with Sales to grow client work, and ensuring diligent management of client engagement records.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts.
- Building strong relationships by staying closely attuned to client goals, challenges, and feedback.
- Monitoring satisfaction and taking the lead on resolving issues quickly and thoughtfully.
- Representing Kunai’s standards of consulting excellence, responsiveness, and integrity in every interaction.
- Managing the fit and success of talent placements, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless transitions.
- Partnering closely with Talent and Delivery to surface and address risks early.
- Working with Sales to scope, grow, and renew client work through thoughtful proposals and team expansions.
- Ensuring diligent management of client engagement records, SOWs, and commercial terms.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4–7+ years of experience as a Client Partner, Technology/Delivery Program Manager, or Sr. Product Manager in a professional services organization.
- Experience owning and driving outcomes on digital projects and delivery teams.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to prioritize across multiple client engagements.
- Comfort with ambiguity and confidence to drive clarity when needed.
