Moniepoint, a fast-growing financial services platform in Africa, is seeking a Head of Quality Assurance to lead its Quality function. This role involves driving the strategy, execution, and culture of Quality Assurance across engineering teams. The Head of QA will lead a team of QA Analysts and Engineers, ensuring the products meet high standards of quality and reliability. They will collaborate with developers, product managers, and engineering leadership to ensure product readiness.Role involves:- Leading the QA function across multiple engineering teams.
- Implementing scalable processes and promoting continuous improvement.
- Mentoring and managing QA Analysts and Engineers.
- Designing and enforcing test strategies.
- Building meaningful dashboards and metrics to measure QA performance.
- Collaborating with engineers to review product requirements and technical documentation.
- Driving continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.
- Ensuring deep product understanding within the QA team.
- Transforming test metrics into dashboards and reports.
- Experience transforming and scaling a QA team in a fast-paced environment.
- Background as a QA Analyst or Engineer.
- Experience designing and evaluating test strategies.
- Strong technical depth and understanding of software fundamentals.
- Solid analytical skills.
