Emulation/Post-Si Validation Engineer

Job Description

Tenstorrent is seeking an Emulation/Post-Si Validation Engineer to contribute to the design and development of emulation infrastructure for high-performance CPUs used in AI/ML architecture. The engineer will play a significant role in driving Tenstorrent's products to market by developing the emulation infrastructure from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Develop emulation infrastructure from scratch, leveraging commercial and open-source platforms.
• Build and deploy emulation testbench components.
• Create emulation-focused test plans and deploy workloads for functional and performance testing.
• Improve emulation performance in collaboration with the design team and vendors.
• Create flows for large-scale regressions on emulation platforms.

Requirements:

• BS/MS/PhD in EE/ECE/CE/CS with at least 3 years of industry experience.
• Experience with hardware verification methodology and techniques (emulation, assertions, simulation, debug, coverage).
• Emulator experience (e.g., Palladium, Veloce, ZeBu, HAPS, custom FPGA emulation solutions).
• Programming skills in Verilog, System Verilog.
• Experience with industry-standard testbench methodology, assertions, coverage.
• Familiarity with debug tools or waveform viewers.
