OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Social Media Analyst to join their team in Gurgaon, India. The analyst will be responsible for understanding social media data and translating it for stakeholders, monitoring social media initiatives, setting measurement metrics, creating reports, and identifying audience trends.
Role involves:

- Creating queries for social listening.
- Identifying audience habits, preferences, and trends.
- Crisis monitoring and management.
- Maintaining a repository of owned and influencer content.
- Strategizing influencer content.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and identify trends.
- Ability to visualize data and articulate actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of social networks and their measurement.
- Familiarity with targeting, measurement, and optimization of paid campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring, listening, and analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital media analytics.
- Passion for AI and new technologies.
