Job Description
Armis Security is seeking an Employment and Corporate Counsel. This role involves handling employment law matters and supporting commercial agreements. The position is 100% remote within the US.
Role involves:
- Providing legal counsel on employment law matters.
- Drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements.
- Managing employment-related disputes and litigation.
- Assisting with internal investigations.
- Developing training programs on employment law topics.
- Advising on employment law aspects of corporate transactions.
- Supporting the commercial legal team with technology agreements.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Admission to the bar of at least one US state.
- 7+ years of legal experience with a focus on employment law.
- Experience drafting and negotiating employment agreements.
- Ability to manage employment-related disputes and litigation.
- Experience drafting and reviewing technology commercial agreements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
