Scrum Master

Job Description

Capfi Africa is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a bank/insurance client in Casablanca, Morocco. The Scrum Master will guide agile teams in managing high-impact digital projects. This role offers the possibility of remote work and is available under a CDI or Freelance contract, depending on the candidate's profile.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding teams in adopting and adhering to the Scrum framework.
• Facilitating agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Identifying and removing obstacles hindering the team.
• Ensuring collaboration between product, technical, and business teams.
• Promoting an agile culture and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Excellent command of the Scrum framework and agile practices (Kanban, SAFe is a plus).
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM…) is highly appreciated.
• Strong interpersonal skills, natural leadership, and ability to manage team dynamics.
• Experience in the banking or insurance sector is an asset.
