Job Description

Creditas is seeking a motivated individual for an internship position in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The intern will support the FP&A team in monitoring the financial performance of various business units, providing strategic information to company leadership. Creditas is the largest online credit platform in Latin America, offering loans, insurance, and investments.Role involves:

• Supporting the preparation and monitoring of the company's budget and forecast.
• Organizing databases.
• Analyzing cost, expense, and revenue variances.
• Assisting in the preparation of management reports.
• Preparing monthly executive presentations.
• Collaborating on the continuous improvement of financial planning and control processes, including automation.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with 1-2 years remaining for the internship.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Availability for hybrid work: Must attend the office in Morumbi, São Paulo, for 4 consecutive days during the first week of each month.
