Job Description

Creditas, a leading financial services platform in Latin America, is seeking a Team Leader for Collection and Negotiation. This role involves managing the Negotiation and Collection team, focusing on preventing asset recovery, and improving processes. The Team Leader will also gather insights from the field to enhance Creditas' products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Negotiation and Collection team.
  • Focusing on collection to prevent asset recovery.
  • Participating in process improvements across collection teams.
  • Gathering field insights for product and service enhancement.
  • Monitoring team and operational performance.
  • Developing weekly action plans for underperforming consultants.
  • Overseeing monitoring and quality of service.
  • Interfacing with Creditas areas to improve customer journeys.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of data management and action plans.
  • Experience in Collection, with a focus on Automotive.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Curiosity and results-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical skills with understanding of performance funnels.
  • Availability for hybrid work (one day a week in Morumbi/SP office).
