Job Description
The Sales Development Team Lead role at Xometry, a company connecting big ideas with manufacturers, is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role involves leading an outbound/new business-focused team, developing strategic outbound efforts, and coordinating with the marketing department on lead generation. Role involves:
  • Recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team focused on outbound prospecting.
  • Overseeing top of funnel sales activity and ensuring the sales pipeline remains full of qualified leads.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize sales development processes.
  • Monitoring employee productivity and motivating the team to reach KPIs.
  • Ensuring accurate information is captured in Salesforce and other technologies.
  • Reporting on sales metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Developing a deep understanding of ideal customers and tailoring sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced verbal and written English skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with 3+ years in managing a sales team.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and new business development.
  • Knowledge of technical sales, digital marketing, and manufacturing is a plus.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and ROI.
  • Dedication to customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to train, develop, and lead a sales team.
  • Eager and driven to exceed goals.
  • Able to work onsite 1 day a week in our office.
