Job Description

Pharmbills is seeking a Financial Operator to support the full cycle of financial processes. The Financial Operator will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and compliant operations. • Monitoring financial transactions and account activity for accuracy and compliance
• Reconciling accounts and verifying payment data across systems
• Identifying and resolving financial discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Preparing and reviewing reports related to revenue cycle and account performance
• Collaborating with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders to streamline financial operations
• Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes with accurate documentation

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• English proficiency (B2+ level) — both written and verbal
• Experience in finance, accounting, billing, or data entry
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Confidence using spreadsheets, financial tools, or ERP systems
• A proactive mindset and willingness to solve problems independently
