Job Description
Pharmbills is seeking a Payment Processor to join its finance operations team. The Payment Processor will manage incoming payments, match transactions, and reconcile accounts to support U.S.-based healthcare clients. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external teams, requiring fluent English communication.
This is a full-time, remote position where the selected candidate will support U.S.-based clients.
What the role involves:
- Process and record incoming payments from insurance companies and patients
- Match payments with invoices and services provided
- Reconcile daily transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Update financial records and ensure accurate data entry
- Report payment trends, delays, or irregularities to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure timely resolution of payment issues
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- English communication skills (B2+ level)
- Experience with payment processing, accounting, or data entry (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and financial software
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- A problem-solving mindset and initiative
