A global remote-first company, Pharmbills, is seeking a Payment Processor to join its finance operations team. The Payment Processor will manage incoming payments, match transactions, and reconcile accounts to support U.S.-based healthcare clients. Collaboration with internal and external teams is essential, requiring fluent English communication.

This is a full-time, remote position supporting U.S.-based clients. Pharmbills connects skilled professionals with meaningful services, fostering long-term, stable collaborations without relocation.

What This Role Involves:

  • Process and record incoming payments from insurance companies and patients.
  • Match payments with invoices and services provided.
  • Reconcile daily transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Update financial records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Report payment trends, delays, or irregularities to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure timely resolution of payment issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • English communication skills (B2+ level).
  • Experience with payment processing, accounting, or data entry (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and financial software.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset and initiative.
