Job Description
Vonage is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the innovation of cloud communications. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality solutions on Vonage's enterprise platform. The candidate will troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensure system stability and security, and work with business intelligence tools and data migration processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Software development, integration, and testing on Vonage enterprise platform
  • Operational support for existing platform
  • Data Migration and BI integration

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in solutions engineering
  • Experience supporting the software development lifecycle, developers, and software development tools
  • 5+ years supporting both internally and externally facing products
  • Working knowledge of API gateways and REST APIs
  • Experience with Snowflake data
  • Good understanding of Voice routing best practices
