Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a Senior IntegOps Engineer to join their BizTech team. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to support internal integrations. They will contribute to integrations and cloud environment stability and quality by troubleshooting production issues, maintaining runbooks, and fixing issues. The candidate will also ensure operational excellence by managing CICD pipelines and deploying integrations.
The role involves:
- Conducting issue research and forensics across the integrations platform.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and developers.
- Creating comprehensive documentation.
- Partnering with business teams to understand systems like Salesforce, Workday, and Snowflake.
- Monitoring and maintaining integration processes.
- Enhancing and optimizing existing integrations.
- Creating and maintaining standards and documentation for operational processes.
- Creating and maintaining CICD Pipelines in Github Actions.
- Performing administration, maintenance and support to production systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in system integration, DevOps, or a related engineering role.
- 3+ years of experience working with enterprise integration platforms.
- 2+ years of experience working with logging, monitoring, and alerting platforms.
- 1+ years of experience working in a cloud platform.
- Good working knowledge of cloud-based services.
- Experience with version control/source code repository tool Git and GitHub.
- Proficiency in using CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
