Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Corporate Sales Manager II - German speaker to join their team in Madrid, Spain. This role requires a professional with 5+ years of customer-facing experience in managing accounts, renewals, and/or sales in the software industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at value selling, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.This role involves:
- Managing a portfolio of customers and cultivating relationships.
- Collaborating with customer success, sales, and partners.
- Navigating contract complexities and addressing compliance issues.
- Identifying expansion opportunities for increased software platform utilization.
- Managing customer sales (upsells and cross-sells).
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
- Churn forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborating with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering.
- Understanding key competitors and their strategies.
Requirements include:
- Fluency in German.
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales and/or Account Management and/or renewals management experience.
- Passion for understanding technology and customer success stories.
- Process excellence within sales and renewals cycle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
- Comfort in a fast-paced & high-volume environment.
- Relocating or living in Madrid.
