Senior Solutions Engineer (GRC)

Job Description

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (GRC) to drive business development and sales growth internationally. This role involves providing technical expertise and product evaluation for the OneTrust Data Privacy Compliance platform, with a focus on Governance, Risk and Compliance, Third Party Risk Management, and Ethics assurance areas.Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical expert on systems integrations during major sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, RFPs, and custom proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Lead technical deep-dive discussions to architect integrations and advise customers on best practices.
• Support sales teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration design options.
• Coordinate with internal R&D, technical integrations, and partner integrations teams to influence product capabilities.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts in the production of high-quality sales proposals and supporting assets.
• Maintain all sales cycle activities within the Salesforce.com CRM system.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and either French or Italian.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or business field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a Solution Engineering, Management Consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience and understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, Ethics.
• A proven track record of successfully executing customer engagements throughout the customer journey.
• Tangible experience within the software industry is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
