Analista Junior de Expansão B2B & Novos Negócios

XP Inc., a leading independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Junior Analyst for B2B Expansion & New Business. The role involves expanding the company's distribution channel through its network of investment advisory offices.

The analyst will work alongside talented and dedicated individuals, contributing to the company's growth and impact in the financial market.

Responsibilities:

• Mapping the banking and advisory market
• Actively prospecting on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Interviewing potential prospects
• Critically analyzing and pricing professionals
• Modeling financial proposals
• Evaluating payback and project viability
• Negotiating proposals
• Building and maintaining relationships with XP's B2B network offices

Requirements:

• Commercial profile and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conduct financial analyses
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
• Negotiation skills
• Hands-on approach
• Collaborative commitment
• Willingness to work in person in São Paulo – Capital
• Knowledge of financial products (fixed income, variable income, funds, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of the B2B structure is a plus
