XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its Global Markets BU. This role is focused on the registration, settlement, reconciliation, and formalization of derivative operations, including NDF, SWAP, Termo de Commodity, and Options, in both CCP and non-CCP environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with these products and functionalities.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring excellence in monitoring executed routines.
• Managing derivative operations, including communication with B3, suppliers, stakeholders, and other institutions.
• Executing registration, settlement, reconciliation, and formalization of derivatives.
• Developing and implementing continuous operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Solid experience in operations with knowledge of market processes and regulations.
• Ability to interact with B3 and other financial institutions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Residence in São Paulo.
