Job Description
ConnectWise, a leading software company, is seeking an End User Computing Specialist to join their Internal IT team in London. This role is crucial for ensuring colleagues operate efficiently by resolving IT issues and providing support across various teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and customer service skills, with a solid understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
  • Setting goals and objectives for team members.
  • Providing support to cross-functional teams.
  • Serving as the first line of contact for IT-related issues.
  • Prioritizing and resolving issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Documenting all relevant information and steps taken.
  • Maintaining IT knowledge and updating knowledge base articles.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional leadership and customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform routine tasks with limited supervision.
  • Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing laptop and desktop hardware.
  • Ability to identify and resolve common IT problems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, VoIP phone systems, VMWare, TCP/IP networking, VLANs, PowerShell, Windows 10, and MACOS.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant secondary education and/or industry certifications (preferred).
