Job Description
2K is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager, Infrastructure to spearhead product management efforts across its infrastructure and development tools. This role involves strategic and executional partnership with infrastructure engineering teams, focusing on datacenter and networking operations, developer tools, and site reliability engineering (SRE). The ideal candidate will bring deep product thinking to technical domains, shaping platforms that empower teams across 2K to move faster and more reliably.
Role involves:
- Setting product vision, strategy, and roadmap for infrastructure capabilities.
- Partnering with engineering leaders to define shared goals and drive delivery of scalable systems.
- Building relationships with stakeholders across 2K studios and central teams.
- Driving alignment, transparency, and prioritization across diverse teams.
- Collaborating with program management and technical leads to validate product assumptions.
- Evangelizing infrastructure product strategy across the company.
- Defining and tracking product success metrics.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in agile product management, with 2+ years managing product managers or leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, dev tools, or platform engineering.
- Proven track record of developing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about developing high-performing teams.
- Comfortable operating in complex, evolving environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a technical field.
