Job Description
interface.ai is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business within the banking and credit union sector. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with prospective clients in the San Jose/San Francisco Bay Area. They will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the voice of the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary driver of new business.
- Utilize Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC methodologies.
- Manage the full sales cycle.
- Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Product teams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Interface.ai’s SaaS offerings.
- Partner with Customer Success.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or account executive role.
- Hunter mentality with a strong track record of sourcing and closing new business.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Analytical and strategic thinker.
- Experience selling AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity.
