Role involves:
- Leading and developing a team of performance marketing professionals.
- Defining and championing the overall performance marketing strategy.
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns.
- Providing strategic direction for paid app marketing initiatives.
- Overseeing the delivery of performance analysis and reporting.
- Managing the performance marketing budget.
- Acting as the primary performance marketing point person for senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-7+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing and developing digital marketing teams.
- Deep strategic understanding of core performance channels.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong proficiency with core analytics and advertising platforms.
- Proven ability to manage significant marketing budgets effectively.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
