Job Description

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Analyst II to join their team in Bangalore. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and SQL programming to support clinical data management and analysis. The Senior Analyst II will analyze dashboard requirements based on Case Report Forms (CRFs) and protocol information to ensure accurate and efficient data handling for clinical studies.Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize clinical trial data.
• Create, manage, and optimize SQL databases and queries.
• Analyze study requirements, Case Report Forms (CRFs), and protocol information.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to understand their data needs.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of clinical trial data.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization.

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Good understanding of clinical trial domains and data management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Experience and fluency in the Microsoft Office package of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
