Job Description
Whatnot is seeking a Commerce Strategy & Operations Associate to join their team. This role involves driving business decisions across post-purchase operations, logistics, payments, user experience, trust, and fraud. The ideal candidate will develop and implement commerce strategies, manage cross-functional projects, identify inefficiencies, analyze data, and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Proficient with SQL and analytics tools
