Commercetools is seeking a commercially-minded and ambitious Account Executive to join their expanding team in the Netherlands. This role focuses on developing and capturing opportunities across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for international market development, sales strategy, and commercial execution.

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in prospecting, qualifying, and developing a robust sales pipeline. They will communicate the value of commercetools' solutions to C-level executives and senior decision-makers, conduct discovery to uncover the needs of large enterprise companies, and develop strategic account plans to meet revenue objectives.

Role Involves:

  • Prospecting, qualifying, and developing a strategic sales pipeline.
  • Communicating the value of commercetools’ solutions.
  • Conducting discovery to uncover needs of enterprise companies.
  • Developing strategic account plans.
  • Updating Salesforce CRM and pipeline data.
  • Working with the Partner Team on opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in SaaS or related sales/commercial role.
  • Excel in personal ambition and collaborative teamwork.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a structured way of working.
  • Good understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
  • Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
