QA Engineer

Job Description

Incode, a leading provider of identity solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to enhance their team. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality releases across various platforms. The QA Engineer will primarily focus on manual testing across APIs, SDKs, mobile (iOS/Android), and web platforms, with a particular emphasis on real devices for biometric and document validation.In this role, the individual will be involved in:

• Performing manual testing on APIs, SDKs, mobile (iOS/Android), and web applications.
• Investigating issues using logs, developer tools, and test environments.
• Writing and maintaining clear test cases, test plans, and reports.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Participating in team discussions to improve QA workflows.
• Supporting on-site testing in Mexico City.

Incode requires the following qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in QA with a focus on manual testing.
• Solid understanding of API testing and basic debugging skills.
• Familiarity with testing across different environments.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to test documentation.
• Comfortable working independently and seeking guidance when needed.
• On-site availability in Mexico City.
