Job Description
LastPass is seeking a Marketing Manager, Paid Search to join their paid media team. This role involves leading the strategic and tactical execution across Paid Search, Display, and YouTube video campaigns within Google's and Microsoft's Ad platform networks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS, PLG, and e-commerce motions, with a proven track record in growing B2B and B2C user acquisition.This role reports to the Manager of Digital Marketing Programs and partners closely with the Performance Marketing Director and the paid acquisition team. Cross-functional collaboration includes Web, Analytics, Creative, and Demand Generation teams to develop cohesive media plans for campaigns and initiatives.What this role involves:
  • Owning and managing global Paid Search, Display, and Video programs across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Developing and implementing advanced bidding, targeting, and keyword strategies.
  • Executing campaign setup, daily optimizations, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Conducting multivariate testing across ads, landing pages, and bid strategies.
  • Media planning and forecasting performance by channel, audience, and geography.
  • Providing deep analysis of performance KPIs and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Staying ahead of platform updates, SEM innovations, and best practices.
  • Partnering with the Brand & Creative team for paid media asset production.
  • Collaborating with the Web & SEO team to optimize landing page experiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in SaaS, PLG, and eCommerce environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Google and Microsoft Ads platforms.
  • Ability to oversee seven-figure paid media budgets.
  • Familiarity with CRO methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with fluency in performance metrics and funnel KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
