Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Machine and Plant Operator to join their team in Elmshorn, Germany. TQG is the leading German company for sports nutrition, food supplements, and sugar-reduced products, with a unique digital Direct-to-Consumer & Social Commerce business model.

The Machine and Plant Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating production machines, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, and performing maintenance and cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will have a technical education, experience in machine operation, and a willingness to work in a two-shift system.

Role Involves:

• Setting up and operating production machines independently
• Ensuring compliance with machine performance targets, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Ensuring production quality through production-related manufacturing controls
• Performing maintenance and cleaning work

Requirements:

• Training as a machine and plant operator, specialist in food technology, or comparable technical training
• Technical understanding (experience in machine operation, PC knowledge)
• Ideally, experience in the production of food
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and structured work ethic
