Job Description
Tide is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team and contribute to building a business management platform for small businesses. This role focuses on integrations and data, aiming to save small businesses time and money through connected administrative solutions. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping product strategy and execution within the CoSec team, which is dedicated to simplifying company secretarial tasks for micro, small, and medium businesses.

Role Involves:
- Making high-quality decisions about product strategy & execution.
- Collaborating with a cross-functional team to set priorities and create roadmaps.
- Organising work and shipping products with high velocity.
- Defining goals and measuring performance to evaluate product value.
- Building alignment on priorities and plans across teams and stakeholders.
- Inspiring and influencing others to think differently and solve problems.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of at least 7 years in product management or equivalent experience.
- Domain knowledge preferably in fintech / regtech / legaltech / financial services / or some other related field.
- Experience indirectly leading and seamlessly collaborating in cross-functional teams.
- Organised and consistent in quality execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
