KYC Analyst with French (New clients)

Job Description

Tide is seeking a KYC Analyst with French language skills to join their team in Bulgaria. Tide is a business management platform designed for small businesses, offering business accounts and related banking services. The French Team specializes in verifying and onboarding new clients in the French financial market. The KYC Analyst will play a key role in shaping Tide's success in the French market.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with active members via chat and email
• Reviewing and verifying member data and documentation
• Conducting full account reviews
• Performing in-depth online research on companies
• Reviewing and assessing transaction activities
• Managing escalations and handling off-boarding processes
• Identifying areas of process improvements
• Responding to queries from internal teams
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects
• Helping with translations in French

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written French and English
• Previous experience in banking and AML regulations
• Experience working in KYC/compliance
• Ability to use multiple internal and external platforms
• Initiative and inquisitiveness about KYC principles
• Analytical mind and ability to digest large data sets
• Ability to carry out multiple tasks and stay organized
• Keen eye for process improvements
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
• Ability to balance quality and productivity
