Job Description
DoiT is seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to join their PerfectScale team. This role focuses on enhancing digital product experiences to be intuitive, accessible, and engaging. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product management and engineering teams to bring designs to life, improving user experience and engagement. They combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure their customers operate in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production.
Responsibilities:
- Working with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of PerfectScale products.
- Collaborating with engineering, product management, and research to develop user-centric solutions.
- Working alongside engineers throughout implementation and quality assurance.
- Creating user-centered designs, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
- Participating in design critiques and iterating on designs based on feedback.
- Acting as a user advocate to ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Participating in the development and maintenance of the design system.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital product experiences.
- Expertise in Digital Product Design, including Interaction Design, Service Design, and Information Architecture.
- Mastery of Figma and various prototyping tools.
- Ability to build high-quality design artifacts, including flow diagrams and wireframes.
- Experience leading Design System initiatives.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working on a high-performing team.
