Job Description
DoiT is seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to join their PerfectScale team. The candidate will significantly impact digital product experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, engaging, and user-friendly. This role involves applying modern Product Design methodologies in creating design artifacts and collaborating with product management and engineering teams to bring designs to life. The Senior Product Designer will play a critical role in every stage of the process, from conceptualization to implementation, enhancing key metrics through improved user experience and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Working with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of PerfectScale products.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, product management, PMM and research to develop impactful, user-centric, and data-informed solutions.
- Working alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases.
- Creating user-centered designs based on research and insights.
- Participating in various methods of critiquing and evaluating design including usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback.
- Acting as a user advocate to ensure the end product offers a high-quality user experience.
- Participating in the development and maintenance of the design system utilizing the latest industry techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital product experiences.
- A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.
- Proven expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design.
- Mastery of Figma, and various prototyping tools.
- Ability to build and organize high-quality and consistent design artifacts.
- Proven experience leading Design System initiatives and deep expertise in Design Systems best practices.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills.
- Experience working on a high-performing team, collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, leadership, and other key partners.
