Job Description

DoiT is seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to join their PerfectScale team. The candidate will significantly impact digital product experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, engaging, and user-friendly. The role involves applying modern Product Design methodologies in the creation of design artifacts and collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams to bring designs to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of PerfectScale products.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, product management, PMM and research to develop impactful, user-centric, and data-informed solutions.
  • Working alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases.
  • Creating user-centered designs based on research and insights.
  • Participating in various methods of critiquing and evaluating design.
  • Acting as a user advocate to ensure the end product offers a high-quality user experience.
  • Participating in the development and maintenance of the design system.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital product experiences.
  • A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.
  • Proven expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design.
  • Mastery of Figma, and various prototyping tools.
  • Ability to build and organize high-quality and consistent design artifacts.
  • Proven experience leading Design System initiatives and deep expertise in Design Systems best practices.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills.
  • Experience working on a high-performing team.
  • An online portfolio of professional work is required.
