Job Description

DoiT is seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to join their PerfectScale team. This role is focused on enhancing digital product experiences to be intuitive, accessible, and engaging. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product management and engineering teams to bring designs to life, ensuring a high-quality user experience for customers.

• Creating user-centered designs based on research and insights.
• Participating in various methods of critiquing and evaluating design including usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback.
• Acting as a user advocate to ensure the end product offers a high-quality user experience.
• Participating in the development and maintenance of the design system utilizing the latest industry techniques and best practices

• 5-10 years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital product experiences.
• Proven expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design.
• Mastery of Figma, and various prototyping tools.
• Proven experience leading Design System initiatives and deep expertise in Design Systems best practices.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills.
• Experience working on a high-performing team, collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, leadership, and other key partners.
