Job Description
DoiT is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their PerfectScale team. The candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly digital product experiences. They will collaborate with product management and engineering teams to bring designs to life, enhancing key metrics through improved user experience and engagement. DoiT offers a pioneering Kubernetes optimization and management solution that empowers DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering teams to optimize cloud performance while minimizing costs.
Role involves:
- Working with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of PerfectScale products.
- Collaborating with engineering, product management, PMM and research to develop impactful, user-centric, and data-informed solutions.
- Creating user-centered designs based on research and insights.
- Participating in various methods of critiquing and evaluating design.
- Acting as a user advocate to ensure the end product offers a high-quality user experience.
- Participating in the development and maintenance of the design system.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital product experiences.
- Expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design.
- Mastery of Figma, and various prototyping tools.
- Ability to build and organize high-quality and consistent design artifacts.
- Experience leading Design System initiatives and deep expertise in Design Systems best practices.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills.
- Experience working on a high-performing team.
