Job Description
DoiT is seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to join their PerfectScale team. The candidate will significantly impact digital product experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, engaging, and user-friendly. This role involves applying modern Product Design methodologies in the creation of design artifacts and collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams to bring designs to life.
Role involves:
- Working with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of PerfectScale products.
- Collaborating with engineering, product management, and research to develop user-centric solutions.
- Creating user-centered designs based on research and insights.
- Participating in various methods of critiquing and evaluating design.
- Acting as a user advocate to ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Participating in the development and maintenance of the design system.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital product experiences.
- Expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design.
- Mastery of Figma and various prototyping tools.
- Ability to build and organize high-quality design artifacts.
- Experience leading Design System initiatives.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working on a high-performing team.
