Sony Music Entertainment France is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel Intern to join their Business Affairs department. This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in the music industry under the supervision of legal professionals.

The intern will work in the Business Affairs, Acquisition Department of Sony Music Entertainment France.

Role Involves:

• Participating in contract negotiations.
• Addressing legal issues and advising various operational teams.
• Drafting contractual documents.
• Ensuring administrative follow-up of contractual documents.
• Conducting ad-hoc research.
• Assisting the legal teams in general.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a 3rd cycle degree specializing in intellectual property or attending law school.
• Demonstrates rigor, organization, and autonomy.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Experience in the Entertainment industry is a plus.

What role offers:

• Minimum legal compensation (€669.90 gross per month).
