Senior Business Systems Analyst, GTM

Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for their GTM Systems team. This role is pivotal in leveraging data, process, and technology to support Apollo's growth. The ideal candidate will partner with various teams to develop and execute a cohesive company-wide strategy on a global scale. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of GTM Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and architect solutions within the Go-to-Market stack.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems and gather requirements.
• Design elegant processes and technical solutions to drive operational efficiencies.
• Support end-to-end feature and system implementations.
• Gather requirements to deliver innovative solutions.
• Create and maintain thorough system documentation.

Requirements:

• College degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• 4+ years of experience with go-to-market SaaS tools.
• 4+ years of business analysis or consulting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of go-to-market business processes.
• Experience working within Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills.
