Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their Business Technology team. This role is crucial for driving operational excellence through strategic systems implementation and optimization. The Business Systems Analyst will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology solutions, translating functional requirements into actionable system configurations and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that business systems meet current needs and scale with the company's rapid growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading functional requirements gathering sessions.
- Configuring and optimizing business systems, focusing on Workday modules.
- Designing and implementing system workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Creating comprehensive documentation and training materials.
- Developing and delivering enablement programs for end users.
- Partnering with business teams to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Managing system testing efforts.
- Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems.
- Collaborating with IT Engineering teams to define integration requirements.
- Measuring and monitoring system performance and user feedback.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Expertise in enterprise software configuration and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM and/or Financial modules preferred).
- Proficiency in other business systems such as GSuite, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with system integrations and data mapping.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Passion for user experience.
