Technical Program Manager, FlashArray

Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its FlashArray team in Santa Clara, California. The ideal candidate will be a change agent with the ability to identify and deliver process changes that enable faster time to market. This role involves working with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives, drive content, schedule, and overall program delivery, and plan and execute software releases.

• Work with engineering teams and cross-functional teams
• Drive content, schedule, and overall delivery of the program
• Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases
• Triage SW Release risks and issues
• Improve the release management process and tools
• Make trade-offs and timely decisions
• Set goals for the program and track progress
• Optimize team processes
• Resolve issues across team boundaries

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
• MS in computer science, MBA, or engineering management equivalent preferred
• Experience managing SW releases with predictable cadence
• Expertise in managing projects throughout the SDLC
• Solid project and technical judgment
• Knowledge of end-to-end best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills
