Job Description
Super Retail Group is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to join their team in Brendale. This role involves assisting customers across Supercheap Auto, Rebel Sports, BCF, and Macpac brands, ensuring they have a positive experience. The position starts as an onsite role for the first 3-6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid arrangement.
Role Involves:
- Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries.
- Assisting customers with finding products and order updates.
- Working in a supportive and vibrant office environment in Brendale.
Requirements:
