Too Good To Go is seeking a Head of B2C Marketing to spearhead consumer marketing strategies across the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and the Czech Republic. This role involves driving user growth, engagement, and retention through impactful marketing initiatives tailored to diverse, hyperlocal markets. The ideal candidate will lead a team of marketers and collaborate with various stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
Role Involves:
- Executing B2C marketing strategy for Central Europe + UK/IE.
- Developing hyperlocal campaigns and initiatives.
- Managing and developing a high-performing marketing team.
- Driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Establishing and tracking marketing performance KPIs.
- Partnering cross-functionally with global marketing teams.
- Cultivating a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in growth marketing or performance-driven consumer marketing.
- Proven success scaling consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Strong track record of using data and experimentation to improve marketing performance.
- Experience with hyperlocal marketing strategies.
- Expertise with the marketing stack for mobile app-based businesses.
- Deep commercial acumen.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English; German is highly desirable.
