Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Head of B2C Marketing to spearhead consumer marketing initiatives across 7 markets, including the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and the Czech Republic. This role involves driving user growth, engagement, and retention through impactful marketing strategies tailored to diverse, hyperlocal markets.
Responsibilities: - Executing the B2C marketing strategy for the Central Europe + UK/IE region.
- Developing hyper-localized campaigns and initiatives.
- Managing and developing a high-performing team of marketing leads and specialists.
- Driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through various marketing channels.
- Establishing and tracking marketing performance KPIs.
- Partnering cross-functionally with global marketing, PR/Comms, and product teams.
- Cultivating a culture of continuous learning by feeding local market insights.
Requirements: - Significant experience in growth marketing or performance-driven consumer marketing.
- Proven success scaling consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Strong track record of using data and experimentation to improve marketing performance.
- Experience with hyperlocal marketing strategies.
- Expertise with the marketing stack for mobile app-based businesses.
- Deep commercial acumen.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English; German is highly desirable.
